By using Meet Callie, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Meet Callie is operated by Scott Freifeld, an individual doing business as Meet Callie ("Meet Callie," "we," "us," or "our").
Meet Callie is a family coordination assistant that operates through Telegram. It helps families manage calendars, tasks, shopping lists, travel, and more using natural language.
Meet Callie uses AI to interpret natural language and manage your calendar, reminders, and other features. AI output may contain errors, misparse requests, or omit information. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calendar events, reminders, or other time-sensitive information created through the service. Meet Callie is not liable for missed events, appointments, flights, or any other consequence arising from an inaccuracy in AI-generated output.
By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize Meet Callie to read and write events on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Callie's aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD. In no event will Meet Callie be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You retain all ownership of content you provide through Meet Callie. By using the service, you grant Meet Callie a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership over your family's data. Meet Callie and its logo are trademarks of the operator. You may not use them without written permission.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any missed events or coordination failures resulting from service downtime.
You can delete your account at any time with /deleteaccount. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon suspension, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for dispute resolution, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet Callie and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
Meet Callie is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or acts of nature.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify active families via Telegram before the changes take effect. Continued use of Meet Callie after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
